Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (RBI) has been in the Tampa Bay Area for more than 20 years, providing baseball and softball to underserved youth while increasing participation and interest in the sport. Along with MLB and the Tampa Bay Rays, Rays RBI Tampa promotes inclusion of minorities into the mainstream of the game by increasing the number of talented athletes prepared to play at a collegiate and minor league level.

Rays RBI Tampa teaches values of teamwork while encouraging player academic participation and achievement for post-secondary education.

Rays RBI Tampa Softball & Baseball Programs have won several Southeast Regional Titles and World Series Championships.
